The Field Trip Request must be completed and submitted via SMA to NYSED’s program office in advance. If planning multiple field trips in a year, please submit 1 proposal per trip. Field trips that take place prior to approval by the program office are not reimbursable. This applications must be submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled trip. Allow at least 2–3 weeks for review and approval. Grantees will be notified if additional information is needed or if the proposal is approved or denied.
